Established in 1959:
Welcome to Multiply Equip Impact (MEI), a ministry dedicated to spreading the love and teachings of Jesus Christ to people across the globe. With a rich history of over six decades, MEI has been actively involved in evangelism, church establishment, training programs, and humanitarian aid initiatives. We are committed to making a positive impact on communities and individuals, bringing hope, healing, and the message of salvation to those in need.
Multiply Equip Impact was founded in 1959 by Dr. Richard Carter, a man with a deep passion for sharing the gospel. Driven by a desire to reach the nations with the good news of Jesus Christ, he embarked on extensive travels, witnessing numerous miracles, and witnessing countless lives transformed by the power of faith. Over a period of more than 20 years, Dr. Carter traveled across Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East, and even the United States, establishing new churches and inspiring countless individuals to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
France:
In the late 1970s, the mantle of leadership was passed on to Rev. David Carter, Dr. Carter's son. Rev. David Carter continued the work initiated by his father, carrying the torch of the ministry for over four decades. Under his guidance, MEI experienced significant growth, expanding its reach and impact.
One of the key milestones in MEI's history was the establishment of a new office in France in 1982. This expansion allowed the ministry to extend its operations and bring the word of God, relief, and assistance to numerous communities throughout the country.
Through the establishment of new churches and the dedication of passionate volunteers, MEI has been instrumental in touching lives and spreading the message of hope and redemption.
As part of our commitment to being the hands and feet of Jesus, MEI has been actively involved in humanitarian aid and relief efforts. For many years, we have dispatched dedicated volunteers to regions such as Mexico, Haiti, and various parts of the United States. These volunteers have tirelessly provided essential supplies, including food, clothing, and aid, to locations struck by natural disasters. Simultaneously, we have also focused on supporting the homeless and destitute in the Atlanta area, ensuring that the most vulnerable members of society receive the care and assistance they deserve.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose, MEI expanded its global reach even further with the launch of a new location in Israel in 2020. This significant expansion allows us to continue proclaiming the Gospel while extending a helping hand to those in need. Our mission is rooted in a desire to make a lasting impact on lives and contribute to the well-being of the people in this remarkable nation. With a heart for both Jewish and Arabic communities, we strive to bridge divides and foster understanding among different cultural and religious groups. We embrace the rich diversity found in Israel, recognizing the importance of unity and harmony. Through our work, we aim to break down barriers, build relationships, and promote reconciliation.

This Statement of Faith is intended simply as a basis of fellowship among us (i.e., that we all speak the same thing, 1 Corinthians 1:10; Acts 2:42). The phraseology employed in this statement is not inspired or contended for, but the truth set forth is held to be essential to a full-gospel ministry. No claim is made that it contains all Biblical truth, only that it covers our need as to these fundamental doctrines.
